We are looking for a Middle+ Full Stack Python Developer (Angular or React) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications. You will work on both the frontend and backend, ensuring seamless integration between client-side and server-side logic.

Requirements

Extensive experience with Angular or React, and modern frontend development practices;
Strong expertise in UI/UX principles and responsive design;
Proficiency in Python for backend development;
Proven experience with API integrations and RESTful services;
Familiarity with databases and cloud technologies;
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively within a team.

Responsibilities

Develop backend components and APIs following best practices (70% backend / 30% frontend);
Debug code and troubleshoot issues;
Develop and maintain microservices;
Ensure seamless feature integration across the platform;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall user experience.

Technical skills

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent professional experience);
5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, specializing in Python for backend development;
Extensive experience with Angular and modern front-end technologies. Knowledge of React will be a plus;
Strong expertise in UI/UX principles and responsive design;
Proven experience with databases (SQL) and cloud technologies (AWS);
Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

Non-technical skills

Spoken English (B2);
Strong focus on scalability, performance, and user-centric design to ensure smooth and efficient workflows;
Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
Adaptability to changing environments;
Speaking Polish will be a plus.

Work schedule

Full-time position;
Work formats available: remote, office, or hybrid (based on your preference);
Flexible schedule from Monday to Friday. Most of our team members work from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Interview process

Competency based interview with a Recruiter & Check English (30-45 min);
Technical interview with a SoftTeco expert (1 hour);
Client-side interview in English, which may include system design and coding tasks (1 hour);
Final HR interview to discuss working conditions and salary.
